3. Responsibilities and handoffs
One owner per output makes the next step visible. Add a reviewer and backup when a handoff could block the rest of the team.
| Output / task | Owner | Definition of done | Due date | Reviewer / backup |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Fictional example: Evidence summary — Owner: Member A — Definition of done: three verified sources with notes and page locations — Due: team checkpoint — Reviewer: Member B. Replace the example with your own roles and dates.
4. Communication and meeting expectations
5. Meeting checklist
Before
- Share an agenda and the decision the group needs to make.
- Bring the promised draft, source notes, or questions.
- Confirm who can attend and what needs a handoff.
During
- Record decisions, task owners, and due dates.
- Make space for each member to raise questions or constraints.
- Check the work against the assignment prompt and rubric.
After
- Post the decisions and next actions in the agreed place.
- Flag a blocker while there is still time to adjust.
6. Deadline and checkpoint plan
| Checkpoint | Date | Owner | Review or handoff | Status / change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
7. Peer feedback before the end
Use specific, respectful observations about the work and team process. Follow your instructor’s guidance for evaluation.
