Privacy
A plain-language privacy baseline
This page explains the basic privacy expectations for using ZuffSuite and is intentionally concise while the formal policy is maintained.
Information in your workspace
ZuffSuite processes the account, workspace, and content information that you choose to provide so the product can authenticate you, display your work, collaborate with your team, and deliver the actions you request.
Workspace content can include documents, forms, files, sheets, tasks, and related collaboration records. Use workspace membership and sharing controls to decide who should have access.
Product analytics
If you allow it, ZuffSuite uses PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how the product is used — which pages are visited and when key steps happen (creating an account, finishing setup, creating a first document) — so we can improve the experience for new users. We do not use analytics for advertising and do not sell this data.
Analytics is off until you allow it: before you decide (and if you say no), no analytics is collected and nothing is stored on your device. One choice covers both. If you allow it, PostHog and Google Analytics store identifiers in your browser (Google Analytics in cookies) and, when you are signed in, PostHog links activity to your account id (not your name or email). Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are treated as having said no. You can change your choice at any time below.
Your responsibilities
Do not add information that you are not authorized to store or share. Keep account credentials private, review invitations and shared links, and tell your workspace administrator when access should change.
Policy status
This is a product-facing baseline, not legal advice or a substitute for a formally reviewed privacy policy. Formal legal terms and jurisdiction-specific disclosures should be reviewed before relying on this page for a regulated use case.
