Security is part of the workspace boundary

Workspace membership and resource-sharing rules are enforced on the server and in the database. The interface can make actions easier to discover, but it is not the security boundary.

Shared links are separate from workspace editing access and are intended for the resource and permission that the owner selected.

Only place information in a workspace when you are authorized to do so. Review workspace membership and shared links regularly, and revoke access that is no longer needed.
