MEETINGS & DECISIONS / NEUTRAL COMPACT
One-on-One Meeting Notes
People | Date | Cadence | Next meeting |
|---|---|---|---|
Jordan Hale (manager) · Priya Shah (operations designer) | Tuesday, Nov 18, 2026 · 9:00–9:30 a.m. CT | Weekly, 30 minutes | Tuesday, Nov 25, 2026 |
This is a working conversation record for the two of you. It is not an HR performance file, not a disciplinary notice, and not a place for medical or legally sensitive topics. Keep those in the appropriate company process.
Check-in
Priya: week felt heavy because Midwest training stacked on queue polish, but energy is good. Jordan: same — will protect Thursday afternoon for deep work.
Wins
Pilot queue processed 47 live orders without reverting to the spreadsheet.
Four Midwest dispatchers finished the 45-minute training on time.
Current priorities
Priority | Owner | This week’s definition of done |
|---|---|---|
Remaining seven training holds | Priya | Calendar holds sent to Maya by Wednesday |
Exception type #7 write-up | Priya | Draft in workspace for Jordan’s review |
Friday status report | Jordan | Sent by 2:30 p.m. Friday |
Blockers
Four digest email addresses still missing. Priya cannot finish the digest template copy until Maya sends them. Jordan will raise this in Friday’s sponsor meeting — Priya does not need to chase Maya directly this week.
Feedback (two-way)
Jordan to Priya: the training deck is clearer when it starts with the Hold path, not the happy path. Priya to Jordan: the Tuesday 8:15 stand-up is useful only if Luis joins; otherwise it is a status Jordan already has.
Development
Priya wants more client-facing facilitation practice. Agreed next step: Priya facilitates 10 minutes of the Nov 25 training with Dana observing. Not a performance rating — a skill stretch.
Manager support
Jordan will decline the optional Thursday vendor demo so Priya has an uninterrupted build block. Jordan will also send Maya a written reminder about the four emails today.
Commitments
Jordan: email Maya about digest addresses today
Priya: send remaining training holds by Wednesday
Priya: facilitate 10 minutes on Nov 25 (Dana observes)
Jordan: keep Thursday afternoon clear
For next time
How the first company-wide training felt (after Dec 2).
Whether the Tuesday stand-up still needs both Jordan and Luis.
When to use it
Use this for recurring manager–employee conversations. Use Meeting Notes for group decisions. Do not use this for disciplinary, medical, or legally sensitive topics.
