How to use the Organize PDF tool

  1. Step 1

    Open a PDF

    Add a local PDF to preview its pages and current order.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the pages

    Move pages up or down, rotate them in quarter-turns, or remove pages you do not need.

  3. Step 3

    Download a copy

    Export the arranged pages as a new PDF. The input document is never edited.

A page-level PDF organizer

Use the page thumbnails to change document order, rotate individual pages, and remove unwanted sheets. The result is written as a new PDF.

The tool copies PDF page content without rasterizing it, preserving selectable text and vector graphics where page copying allows.

What the organizer cannot preserve

Page annotations and interactive form data may not survive page copying. Signed, certified, encrypted, damaged, and fillable form PDFs are blocked so the page does not silently invalidate a signature or discard form data.

This browser-based organizer accepts PDFs up to 50 MB and 300 pages. It does not upload the file or change your original.

Questions about Organize PDF

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser: your files are read and converted on your own device and are never sent to ZuffSuite. The page downloads the conversion code it needs, then works on the files locally. Closing or reloading the tab discards everything.

Can I reorder PDF pages?

Yes. Use the up and down controls next to each thumbnail to move a page through the document.

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Rotate a selected page by 90 degrees at a time; existing page rotation is taken into account.

Does removing a page change my original file?

No. The tool creates a new PDF. Your source file stays on your device unchanged.

Are PDF annotations and forms preserved?

They may not survive page copying. The organizer blocks signed and fillable form documents rather than silently producing a file with lost form data.
