PNG output for PDF pages

PNG uses lossless image compression and is useful for charts, diagrams, and pages that need crisp edges. A raster image does not retain selectable text or vector content from the PDF.

Choose the output resolution for your use. Higher DPI creates larger pixel dimensions and files, and may use more device memory.

Page range and memory limits

Select pages by clicking thumbnails or entering ranges such as 1-3, 5. This tool renders up to 300 pages per session.

Everything stays in the browser. Password-protected or damaged PDFs cannot be opened, and very large pages may be rendered at a lower size to protect available memory.

Questions about PDF to PNG

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser: your files are read and converted on your own device and are never sent to ZuffSuite. The page downloads the conversion code it needs, then works on the files locally. Closing or reloading the tab discards everything.

Can I convert only a few PDF pages?

Yes. Select thumbnails or enter page numbers and ranges, then render only those pages.

Can I choose a higher resolution?

Yes. Choose 72, 150, or 300 DPI. Higher resolutions create larger images and use more browser memory.

Will the PNG keep selectable text?

No. Each page is rendered as a raster image. To keep searchable text and vector content, use the original PDF.

Can I download several pages together?

Yes. Download the rendered PNG pages individually or put them into a ZIP file.
