How to use this resource
- Choose the blank workbook for your own applications. The example copy uses invented scholarship names, dates, requirements, and outcomes.
- Use one row per opportunity. Add the official application link and the materials you need, then update the status as work progresses.
- Enter the deadline and status to see the deadline label and days remaining. Add a decision or follow-up date when the provider gives you one.
- Verify each deadline and eligibility rule with the scholarship provider. The tracker does not search for scholarships or confirm that a provider is legitimate.
- The workbook uses standard formulas and dropdowns. In Google Sheets, import the .xlsx and check formulas, date formats, and dropdowns after conversion.
- Your entries remain in the workbook unless you choose to share it. ZuffSuite does not collect or receive application details.
What the scholarship tracker includes
The Scholarships tab has fields for the scholarship name, deadline, award amount, eligibility and requirements, materials needed, application status, submission date, decision or follow-up date, outcome, notes, and application link. Deadline status and days remaining update from the date and status you enter. The Overview tab summarizes opportunities, upcoming deadlines, submissions, and awarded outcomes.
Review deadlines and materials regularly
Check upcoming dates once a week. Confirm the official deadline, note whether the application requires an essay, transcript, reference, or other document, and give each task a next step in your notes. A reminder in the workbook is only a planning aid; use the provider's application instructions as the source of truth.
Keep the examples separate from real opportunities
Every scholarship in the example workbook is explicitly labeled FICTIONAL. Its names, award amounts, eligibility descriptions, dates, and outcomes are invented to demonstrate the tracker. Do not use the example as a list of real scholarships.
Fictional workbook example
A practical example
The sample copy includes an invented student-service award with a December 15 deadline, a fictional STEM award, and other clearly labeled examples. The formulas show how deadlines and outcomes appear; they do not represent real opportunities or eligibility rules.
Common questions
Are the scholarships in the example real?
No. Every example is invented and labeled FICTIONAL. Use the workbook to organize opportunities you find through official providers.
Can I open the workbook in Google Sheets?
Import the .xlsx file into Google Sheets. The workbook uses common formulas and dropdown lists, but check both after conversion because spreadsheet apps can handle file features differently.
Does the tracker find scholarships or submit applications?
No. It organizes opportunities and deadlines you enter. Confirm requirements and submit through the official provider.
Does ZuffSuite receive my application information?
No. The workbook is a local file. The download click may be counted when consent allows, but the information you type into the workbook is not transmitted.
